Anders Fernlund is a lawyer and Master of Business and Economics and has more than 35 years of experience in franchise law, both as a consultant and arbitrator. To date he has been a consultant to over half of the franchises active in Sweden. Moreover, Anders is frequently contracted as a specialist in Swedish and European franchise law by foreign franchises.

Anders is a former chairman of the Swedish Franchise Association and is currently the Swedish representative in the European Franchise Federation’s legal committee as well as vice chairman of EuroFranchise Lawyers.

Anders is a researcher and doctorate student at the University of Stockholm in the subject of franchise law. He is also co-author of FranchisePraktikan with colleague Jonas Ideström.
